Tesoro Viejo Celebrates Five Vibrant Years!
Tesoro Viejo is celebrating its fifth Anniversary this month! Nestled at the foot of Little Table Mountain, this remarkable community in Madera, California, located just minutes north of Fresno, has blossomed into a haven of picturesque living. Here, life is not just about residences but the thriving, connected tapestry of families, events, and achievements that define Tesoro Viejo.
Over the past five years, Tesoro Viejo welcomed 735 families into the community, opening the door to new beginnings for each. This year, two splendid new residential villages opened– Creekside and The Plaza. Creekside Village features the Ivy and Savanna new home collections by McCaffrey Homes and Sereno by De Young Properties. The Plaza Village debuted with McCaffrey Homes’ Poppy collection. Each of these new villages contributes its unique character to the vibrant community. Hillside Village, the inaugural village at Tesoro Viejo, is nearly complete, with its panoramic views reminding residents daily of the breathtaking natural beauty surrounding them.

The 15,000-square-foot Ranch House community clubhouse and recreation center serve as a hub of social activity, fostering connections among neighbors and creating a sense of belonging. Tesoro Viejo demonstrates a deep-rooted commitment to environmental sustainability with an onsite tree nursery, planting and nurturing over 11,000 trees. Six neighborhood parks dot the landscape, providing spaces for play, relaxation, and community gatherings, with more on the horizon.
