Exciting New Neighborhood Market & Fuel Station Coming to Tesoro Viejo!

We're excited to announce that conveniences for our vibrant community are expanding with new additions. Coming to Tesoro Viejo will be a combination neighborhood market and a 76-branded fuel station to be developed by Yosemite Travel Center. This new state-of-the-art facility will be situated near the southeast corner of State Route 41 and Tesoro Viejo Blvd, and will include 12 Tesla charging stations, a Jamba Juice and car wash that is sure to be a hub of convenience and modern amenities. 

“We look forward to bringing a high-quality construction project that goes along with the high standards set by the Tesoro Viejo development,” said Peter Singh, Developer and Owner of Yosemite Travel Center. “We plan to serve the needs of the residents at Tesoro as well as tourists headed out to Yosemite National Park.”

The new center will feature a fuel station equipped with six pumps with 12 fueling positions that will accommodate gasoline, diesel, and ethanol (E85) vehicles. In addition, the new center will feature a drive through car wash as well as a neighborhood market that plans to offer a selection of healthy food choices and wholesome snacks for on-the-go food options. Jamba Juice will also be opening at the center, bringing customers a refreshing array of smoothies, bowls, and fresh juices.

The brand-new market and fueling station will showcase exterior features that complement the architecture of our community It is anticipated that the ground-breaking for this new project will take place in Fall 2024 and is planned to open by the end of 2025.
