Meet Tesoro Viejo resident Anna Kuczler and her family, who have fully embraced the unique lifestyle offered by our award-winning master-planned community. With convenient access to exceptional amenities and the ability to work just steps from home, Anna and her family exemplify what it means to live, work, and thrive in a dynamic and connected neighborhood.
Anna oversees operations for AXIS Coffee Shop + Eatery in Tesoro Viejo, where her team works hard to create a space where the community feels welcome, fueled and connected. She also manages Tesoro Viejo’s Weekly Certified Farmers Market which takes place every Thursday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. held in the heart of our Town Center.
A: We have lived here since September of 2024. I have worked in Tesoro Viejo in different capacities since 2020, so it’s kind of full circle, and I’m embracing this new chapter in my life.
A: It's a blend of a lot of things—my work is collaborative and different every day. I enjoy the ease of picking up an Amazon package in between meetings and making old friends new again at the dog park. Life here is intertwined, offering balance in the best way.
A: Upbeat. We’re all in different phases of life, yet there’s a shared connection. It’s smiles all around.
A: Whether it’s tossing a ball at the dog park, watching sunsets at Overlook Park, or unwinding in the Ranch House hot tub, every day feels like a new adventure. I walk the kids to school, hit the trails, post up on an Adirondack chair at one of the parks, or break a sweat at the gym. The combinations are endless.
A: The trails, hands down. Each path offers its own vibe, and the ever-changing sky makes every day different out here.
A: Thriving, vibrant, connected.
A: Definitely the Ranch House and Overlook Park. They’re some of the best Tesoro Viejo has to offer.
A: After walking the kids to school and taking a quick morning walk, I grab a tea or coffee at AXIS and meet with Chef La or our Service Manager, Noelle, to make AXIS better every day. Thursdays are my favorite, though, as it’s Market Day! Tess and I create a weekly community event where kids play freely, neighbors connect, and food is the conversation.
A: Moving to Tesoro Viejo! Blending our families was a transformative journey with lots of paring down, packing, and anticipation for what was ahead.
A: Our New Year’s resolution is to take more small getaways and explore more, so we are looking forward to finding new California spots.
