MADERA, CA – Tesoro Viejo has been announced as a Gold Award finalist in the prestigious The National Awards by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The Nationals is NAHB’s largest and most prestigious awards program, recognizing the best of the best in the nation.
Tesoro Viejo, Madera County’s newest master-planning community, received an impressive four Silver Awards in the categories of – Best Community Amenity for the Ranch House (clubhouse), Best Brochure for a Master-Planned Community, Best Signage, and Best Computer-Generated Sales Tool.

Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each category and are automatic finalists for the Gold Award. Gold Awards in each category will be presented as part of the International Builders’ Show, the awards ceremony on January 21, 2020 at Caesars Palace Las Vegas that is expected to draw 1,000 attendees.
