Tesoro Viejo Announces Community Open House Event
After taking home the coveted Gold Award for National Community of the Year at the 2023 Nationals ceremony hosted by the National Association of Home Builders, Tesoro Viejo continues its celebration by announcing an official community-wide open house for the public. The award-winning community looks forward to showing off our resort-style amenities, local conveniences, and recreational opportunities, as well as the thoughtful attention to detail behind the master-planned community.
On Saturday, March 25, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Tesoro Viejo team invites the public to tour its onsite amenities and participate in a meet-the-team event to learn about the beautiful community situated at the foot of Little Table Mountain in Madera County, California. Bring friends, family, and colleagues to the National Community of the Year to explore the stunning community and experience life at Tesoro Viejo by touring its amenities, participating in exciting prize giveaways, family fun, and more.
During the event, 17 model homes by three acclaimed home builders will be open for tours to highlight the community’s five distinct new home collections. These beautiful model homes will feature activities and food trucks and beverages. The Private Ranch Clubhouse will also be open for visitors to experience the resort-style amenities available to every Tesoro Viejo resident.
At the Hillside Elementary TK-8 Grade School, open house participants will experience firsthand the thought and dedication that fuels the institution’s academic curriculum, programs, and extra-curricular activities. Visitors can meet with the Hillside principal and Chawanakee Unified Superintendent and tour the campus.
Glimpse a fulfilled life at Tesoro Viejo by visiting the newly opened Camarena Health Center and Madera County Fire Station and Fire Crew to meet the brave souls that ensure our community is a safe and healthy environment to live, work and play.
Visitors can also discover the Ponderosa Metaverse Experience: Ponderosa will create a theme park-like space as part of the Open House festivities. Within, there is a metaverse experience where visitors can take a virtual tour of a foreign land or compete against each other in family-friendly games.
During the open house event, visitors can enter for the chance to win exciting prizes such as a $500 gift card, a virtual reality headset, and more!
