Tesoro Viejo Stays in the Spotlight with Newest Awards

The year 2023 is proving to be a stellar year for Tesoro Viejo, the 1,600-acre, master-planned community just north of Fresno. Following its top honors earlier this year as the Nation’s Community of the Year awarded by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Tesoro Viejo recently was named the CVLUX 2023 Luxury Award Winner for Best Community of the Year for the second year in a row.
