Tesoro Viejo Unveils New Health Center, New Model Homes, and New Farmer’s Market
Life in the award-winning Tesoro Viejo community is about to improve in the new year! In 2023, the master-planned development is gearing up to enhance community health and welcome new community additions.
New Health Wellness Center
Centrally located in the Town Center, Tesoro Viejo is excited to announce the grand opening of the Camarena Health Wellness Center. A ribbon-cutting ceremony held earlier this week commemorated the opening of the 13,000-square-foot health and wellness facility.

A two-story building offering dental, medical and health education, the Camarena Health Wellness Center unlocks flexible exercise spaces, a gym, group workout classes, and customized health plans to promote prevention and improved health among community members. The new medical facility includes clinical support staff members, dentists, behavioral health clinicians, medical providers, and health educators. The new facility will accept its first patients on February 6, 2023, and is open to community members and visitors.
11 New Model Homes
