At This Year’s Nationals Awards, The New Home Industry’s Largest and Most Prestigious Sales and Marketing Awards Competition, Tesoro Viejo took Home 10 Awards
Tesoro Viejo was honored with 10 Nationals Awards at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 31, 2023, including the nation’s most prestigious award of all: Community of the Year, as well as Best Graphic Continuity, Best Overall Advertising Campaign, Best Digital Campaign; and silver awards in six other categories.

The result is now official: National Community of the Year – the best of the best.”
The Nationals honors the best in the building industry — including home builders, developers, associates, and consultants — for their determination, integrity, creativity, and endurance.

Started in 1982 as the Institute of Residential Marketing, The Nationals award program continues to recognize superior new home sales and marketing achievements.
With 61 categories across various disciplines of the new home industry, the awards honor excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales achievements by individuals and sales teams. During a four-day judging process, a panel of 13 industry professionals from across the country determined the silver and gold award winners from a field of over 1,200 entries.
“This national recognition, in such a broad range of categories, is a testament to the vision, hard work, and passion of so many who have helped Tesoro Viejo come alive. Our team is proud to be recognized for our innovative marketing to promote this award-winning destination,” added McCaffrey.
