Treasuring The Land

At Tesoro Viejo, we are incredibly grateful for the nature that makes the place so special. Our conservation and stewardship of the land here is reflected in the nearly 400 acres dedicated to fun and exploration—about 200 acres of preserved open space, and another 200 acres of parks, trails, and recreational amenities. Before almost anything else was here, an onsite tree nursery was created. So far, 10,000 mature trees have been raised there and planted in the community. And that number is growing.
