Honoring Our Heroes: Veterans Day at Tesoro Viejo

Veterans Day is a special occasion in the United States, observed on November 11th each year. It’s a day we honor and thank those who have served and continue to serve our nation.

At our Tesoro Viejo community, Veterans Day holds important significance. To pay tribute to those brave men and women who serve, Tesoro Viejo will, once again, host two annual events to salute and honor our military service men and women. 

First, Tesoro Viejo will fly U.S. flags in our Town Center on Veterans Day.  The flags will be displayed on the Event Lawn from Friday, November 10th through Sunday, November 12th, including Veterans Day.

Then on Veterans Day, Saturday, November 11, Tesoro Viejo will host a free pancake breakfast for United States Military in our Town Center from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. The general public is invited to attend and enjoy a breakfast menu that includes pancakes, sausage, bacon, juice, and coffee.

For non-veterans, a suggested $5 donation is requested. All money collected will be donated to the Association of United States Army, a military charity whose mission is to support soldiers and their families.

We are proud to honor and thank our military service men and women for their service.
