McCaffrey’s latest Savanna homes will feature up to five bedrooms plus an available multi-gen suite.

Fresno, CA–Tesoro Viejo announced today that McCaffrey Homes will soon introduce a new collection of homes at the award-winning, master-planned community in Madera County. McCaffrey Homes will widen the selection of homes available for homebuyers at Tesoro Viejo with their Savanna collection, and an interest list is forming now.

In addition to several home collections from McCaffrey, the acclaimed local home builder will unveil the new Savanna collection in the Hillside Village at Tesoro Viejo. Savanna will feature three new single- and two-story floor plans, ranging from approximately 1,904 to 2,731 square feet and featuring up to 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, and a 3-car tandem garage.
