Pearl Harbor Remembrance

Tesoro Viejo and the Association of the United States Army Central California Chapter 6105 will host the 5th Annual Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day Ceremony on Thursday, December 7 at 9:55 a.m., honoring the sacrifice of those lost at the fateful attack on Pearl Harbor, and the attack’s survivors. On this anniversary of “a date which will live in infamy,” Sally Orme Moreno, Madera County District Attorney, will serve as the keynote speaker. The ceremony will also include a performance of “God Bless America” and “Amazing Grace,” as well as the Eight Bells Ceremony, marking the passing of a sailor. The Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day will coincide with the date and time of the first attack by Japanese planes.
