With the grand opening of Vista Bella by K. Hovnanian® Homes, life at Hillside Village is even sweeter. Tesoro Viejo’s newest neighborhood celebrated its grand opening—and gave prospective homebuyers a fun way to beat the summer heat—with churros and ice cream. More than 50 young families and couples of all ages toured the brand new model homes opening weekend. And the following Saturday, piggybacking on a Live on the Lawn event celebrating National Ice Cream Sandwich Day, even more cruised by for sweet treats and a look at Vista Bella’s four spacious single-family designs.
Hovnanian Homes is known nation-wide for their award-winning standards. At Hillside Village, the Vista Bella collection reflects the region’s agricultural roots and includes Mission, Craftsman, Modern Farmhouse, and Contemporary Rustic designs. Floorplans range from 2,173 to 2,544 approximate square feet, with up to five bedrooms and four baths, plus extra suites and 2- and 3-car garages. New homes at Vista Bella are priced from the mid $400s.
“We are very fortunate to be part of this unique and exciting new community,” said Mike Wyatt, K.Hovnanian Homes Division President. “Our commitment to designing, building and delivering affordable, quality homes is what has enabled us to provide the dream of home-ownership for more than 50 years, and we will continue to do so at our Vista Bella neighborhood in beautiful Tesoro Viejo.”
Hillside Village is bustling, with parks, trails, and Hillside Elementary school now open, and the grand reveal of The Ranch House clubhouse and recreation center on the horizon this fall.
