One of the first events held at Town Center, in November 2018 Tesoro Viejo hosted WINSPIRE, a local network of Central Valley’s women leaders, for a talk by Dr. Anne-Marie Slaughter, the first woman to serve as director of policy planning for the U.S. State Department.
